The Dukan Diet diary. (Day 1-20)

Yesterday (12/8/13), I had just started a new diet program.
It called the "Dukan Diet"

Before I tell you about it in detail, I need to tell you that this is my 276th diet attempt!
Well, as you can see, the last 275 diet didn't work, hence, the Dukan Diet!

And why do I think this time will be different, you might ask.
I hope it does, and i could feel it working by the number on my scale.

I lost 1 kilo,
YES!  You read that right.
I lost 1 kilo in 2 days!

And this is the chart I got from Dukan website.

Actually I had the chart done on 12th August but some info weren't right.  So I re-do it again today. You can find useful info there. Don't forget to Google for more stuff and experiences shared among Dukan-ner.

Day 6 17/08/13

มื้อกลางวันนี้มีตับไก่ที่หมักนมสด fat-free กับเกลือพริกไทยไว้ตั้งแต่เมื่อคืน 

เอามานาบกระทะให้สุกๆแห้งๆ 

เค็มๆมันๆ อร่อยดีเหมือนกัน แต่กินไม่หมด

ถ้าอยู่บ้านคงได้แบ่งให้แจ็คกับไคลี่ย์กินกันคนละคำ

        Day 10 22/8/13

 ถ้าน้ำมันท่วมๆมันต้องอร่อยขึ้นอีก90%แน่ๆ

วันที่สิบแล้ว 

กลางวันทำกุ้งกับปลาหมึกหมักตะไคร้ 

ผัดสุกๆ ใส่น้ำมันไปนิดนึง ด้วยความที่กลัวว่ากระเทียมกับตะไคร้มันจะไม่หอม

เสร็จแล้วก็ต่อด้วยโกโก้ใส่รำโอ๊ต(หลอกตัวเองว่ามัน)เป็นของหวาน

ชักจะโหยขนมอ่ะ  

Day 19 31/08/2013

                        ไก่ย่างเหลือจากมื้อ PPเมื่อวาน ยำใส่หอมเยอะสุดพลัง กลัวปากไม่เหม็น :D

กลางวันวันนี้จัดไปเบาๆพอ เดี๋ยวเย็นๆจะไปกินชาบู 

ที่นี่น้ำจิ้มไม่ค่อยอร่อย สงสัยจะต้องแอบพกพริกป่นกะน้ำปลาเข้าไปซะแล้ว

แต่ก็ยังดีกว่าน้ำจิ้มสุกี้เอ็มเคบ้านเรา อันนั้นหวานและอุดมไปด้วยพลังงาน 

กินแทนมื้ออาหารยังไหว ^^\

  

Day 20  01/09/2013

 My Dukan staple ; Milk omelette and oat bran cocoa. 

Obscene..., sort of.

I remember when I started my gym routine, 
when I was still doing brisk walk for 6 minutes and panting like a dog afterward. 

At that time, I would take my needed short rest by walking around in the gym, looking for next target machine to hop on.

What I usually found was, some treadmills will have trace of splashed liquid all over them. It was gross, really gross!
It was as disgusting as checking in an unmade room at the hotel and found the evident of ejaculation was on the messy bed, right before your very eyes.

After four weeks, I was kind of expecting more from my workout. 
The time, the speed and of course the sweat! 
Yes, the more is the better. All of the above.

I now got a kick whenever I feel the sweat running down my face. 
I often glance at my arms to see the beads of sweat slowly accumulate and finally drip down my elbows.

What a liberating feeling! 

But I still not reach the point of sprinting on a treadmill and splash my liquid all over in an "obscene" fashion, 
no....not yet. ;) 

Who can love me when I least deserved it?

You can't hug yourself, 

you can't cry on your own shoulder, 

life is all about living for one another, 

so live with those who love you most.

เขียนบล็อกค้างๆคาๆมาหลายตอนแล้ว เวลาก็พอมีนะ ไม่ใช่ไม่มี
แต่สงสัยพักหลังๆนี่ เอาเวลาไปทำอย่างอื่นจนขี้เกียจอัพบล็อก


แต่จะไปโทษ"เรื่องอื่น"อย่างเดียวคงไม่ได้ 
เราว่าเรามีนิสัยแบบนี้มาแต่ไหนแต่ไรแล้วล่ะ จับจด ใจร้อน เบื่อง่าย ขี้เกียจ ทำอะไรก็บ้าให้เป็นพักๆ
ในที่สุดก็ทำอะไรไม่ได้ดีซักอย่าง 




ดูสิ ขนาดจะเขียนอันนี้ให้เป็นเรื่องเป็นราวซะหน่อย ยังเริ่มขี้เกียจแล้วเลย 


งั้นจบมันดื้อๆตรงนี้ละกัน

Meeting Wendy Lawson.

I wrote this right after I met her on the night of 8th June. I thought I had it posted but came back in here today to see that it wasn't published! Darn!!!


Well, here it is, this was how I wrote in that ballroom, awe-inspiring from such a wonderful tale from her.


Oh, how lucky I am that I didn't skip tonight session with Wendy Lawson who were sharing about "Life and Learning with Autism Spectrum"


Wendy is an Australian of the year 2008 she is  a mother, a grandmother and a coolest person with "Learning Diff-abilities" 


Well, don't you just ADORE that word?!? :)




I've reminded by her to look thru the eyes of a person who look, listen,learn different than us, majority people. They are not simply just "un-able" to learn or do stuff like we do. They have their way of do, think and feel. 

OAC trip to Penang

Seem like my trip to Penang was decades ago! 
I don't recall what I was going to write at that time! 
Poor auntie!!!

เราเจอกับพี่จุ๋มครั้งแรกเมื่อวันที่ 30 Oct 2011 เป็นช่วงที่น้ำที่เริ่มท่วมจากพื้นที่ภาคกลางตอนเหนือๆ ไล่ลงมาอย่างรวดเร็วจนทั้งคนทั้งสัตว์เดือดร้อนกันถ้วนทั่ว
จำได้ว่า วันนั้นคุณบี (Bitter Browny) โพสในวอลล์ว่า เธอจะลงพื้นที่ ที่ไหนซักแห่งที่ค่อนข้างไกล เราอยากไปด้วย แต่ไม่สะดวกเรื่องการเดินทาง เลยไปโพสตอบ และห้กำลังใจเธอเรื่องที่จะไปช่วยหมาแมวในวันรุ่งขึ้น  ทีนี้ พี่จุ๋มไปเห็นเข้า ก็เลยมาบอกว่า ไปลงพท.กับพี่ๆได้นะ จากนั้นก็หลังไมค์มาคุุุย พยายามจะนัดแนะกัน แต่มันไม่ทันใจพี่จุ๋ม แกเลยโทรมาเองเลย บอกว่า วันรุ่งขึ้นจะไปลงคลอง 2  หลังจากที่เพิ่งเสร็จภารกิจที่บางใหญ่ บางบัวทองไปเมื่ออาทิตย์ก่อน (ตกลงตูกะลังคุยกะ สส.หรือนายกใช่ไหมนี่?) แล้วก็บอกเราอย่างละเอียดทุกอย่าง ว่าต้องเตรียมตัวอย่างไรบ้าง


(ขอบอกว่า ฟังแล้ว น่าถอดใจมากๆ ไว้จะเล่าให้ฟังโดยละเอียดอีกที ยิ่งคนสำอาง เหยียบขี้ไก่ไม่ฝ่ออย่างเราเนี่ย ฟังแล้วอยากถอนคำพูดซะเดี๋ยวนั้น..แต่จะไปบอกว่า พี่คะ ไม่เอาแล้วค่ะ หนูกลัวฉกปก ก็ใช่ที่ ก็เลยฮีด เอาไงเอากัน กรูคงไม่จมน้ำผสมขี้หมาตายหรอกเว๊ย ชาตินี้)

ซักพัก พี่จุ๋มโทรมาอีก บอกว่าเปลี่ยนแผน เราไม่ต้องไปช่วยหมาแมวแล้ว เพราะมันโหดไป ไม่เหมาะกับมือใหม่หัดลุยน้ำเน่าอย่างเรา แล้วพี่ก็บอกให้เราไปกับทีมพี่บุ๊ค พี่ชาย ซึ่งจะลงพื้นที่กันที่บางพลัด เข้าไปช่วยคนที่ติดอยู่ในซอยลึก ออกมา

        แล้วพอเราใช้พู่กันเอาน้ำแตะๆนิดเดียว มันก็จะสวย
        เหมือนสีน้ำเลย                              
       เร็วค่ะ ไม่งั้นครูถ่ายรูปหนูอู้งาน ไปให้ครูโกะดูนะ!!!

The framed photo is far too big than I had expected.
